When subscribing to the newsletter we ask for your name and email address. Automatically we may collect technical navigation data (anonymised IP address, device type, pages visited) through analytics cookies, only if you have given your consent.
3. Purposes
We use the data exclusively to send you the Caprionzd editorial newsletter, measure site usage in aggregate form and comply with applicable legal obligations in the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent, given when you complete the subscription form and accept non-necessary cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Retention
We keep your data as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, your data will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
